How much will I save with a Go City Card Package?

Your dollar savings depends on which package you choose, but we offer packages ranging from 100% to 0% off gate prices.

How long is my pass good for?

30 days. Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. Then, you have 30 days to visit all your attractions. You have 1 year from the purchase date to begin using your pass.

Does my pass expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. Our Risk Free Guarantee gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a full refund.

What is the age range for a child pass?

Child passes are for children ages 3-12. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please consult the attraction websites for more details.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

Unless otherwise noted, you may visit each attraction only once.

How will I get my pass?

You'll get your pass via email as soon as your order processes. Choose between 2 options:

  • Use your pass right on your phone with the free Go City Card app.
  • Print your pass and guidebook at home.

Links and easy-to-follow instructions for both options will be in your confirmation email.

How do I use my pass at an attraction?

Each traveler will have his or her own Build Your Own Pass, containing a unique QR code. At most attractions, you simply present your Pass at the normal ticket window. The attendants will scan your pass and return it to you.

Please read the individual "Getting In" instructions for each attraction to determine if there are any special instructions. (Some attractions may require you to redeem your Pass for a separate entrance ticket.)

Do I need to make reservations?

Certain attractions may require reservations. While most do not require reservations, please read the "Getting In" details for each of your selected attractions to see if a reservation is required.

Can I add or remove an attraction from a Package Deals?

You can't remove attractions from a package, but visit our Build Your Own Pass page to add more!

Can I really skip ticket lines?

Yes, you can! Since you already have your paid admission on your phone, many of our attraction partners allow you to go straight to the gate, skipping the ticket line. Check the "Getting In" instructions for each attraction on your pass to see where and how.
